PROFESSIONAL FEES

This practice is committed to providing the best treatment for patients at rates that are usual and customary  for dentists of similar experience, training and talent, in our community.  Patients are responsible for payment regardless of any insurance corporation's arbitrary determination of usual and customary fees.

INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT

 For patient convenience, dental claims are submitted electronically immediately at the end of the appointment.  This insures that our patients receive the most rapid reimbursement  from their employer's insurance carrier.

When beginning treatment it is useful to call your company to find out exactly what is covered,what deductibles are in place, and what other limits may apply to the coverage that their employer has purchased for them. Frequently we are able to provide patients with this information based on our experience with helping others who have the same employer.

FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS
